Alcatel wanted a mixture of conference and fun team building activities. Gusto sourced a hotel which had flexible meeting space and an agenda which gave a platform to convey key messages and motivate the salesforce. We also organised team building activities which had delegates running around the grounds having lots of fun. The conference culminated in an evening dinner off-site with awards.
